Sound familiar?

They get distracted, forget assignments... And you're burning out from guilt

You watch your child struggle and can't find a solution. You are not alone.

Morning is a battle, evening is a meltdown

Getting ready for school and homework turn into a daily nightmare. You're exhausted from yelling and pleading.

The school doesn't listen

Teacher complaints, the "badly behaved" label, and you feel like a failing parent.

Your child believes they're "bad"

Constant remarks destroy their self-esteem and willingness to try. They shut down or lash out.

Important to understand

Without the right support system, ADHD steals what matters most from your family

Conflicts erode the parent-child relationship

Low self-esteem holds back your child's development and motivation

Academic struggles limit future opportunities

Parental burnout drains the entire family of energy

It's not your fault — you just weren't given the right tools.

Understanding ADHD

ADHD is not a parenting failure. It's how the brain works

Understanding the nature of ADHD is the first step to properly supporting your child.

The brain works differently

ADHD is a neurobiological condition, comparable to nearsightedness or diabetes. You can't "discipline" it away, but you can create the right environment for growth.

The 30% Rule

A child with ADHD lags behind peers by about 30% in self-regulation. A 10-year-old may behave like a 7-year-old — and that's normal for their brain.

Time blindness

Children with ADHD live in the "now." The future is abstract to them. That's why promises like "you'll get a good grade next week" don't work as motivation.

Elena Rybachenko — Family ADHD Coach
About me

There is a way forward. I'll help you turn chaos into a system that works

I'm Elena, a family coach for children and teens with ADHD — and a mother of three children with this condition.

I came to coaching after years of therapy work, when I realized a simple truth: as a parent, I lacked the concrete tools to truly help my own family.

Training was a turning point. Suddenly everything clicked: I finally understood what my children were really feeling, and even discovered my own undiagnosed ADHD.

Watching my children flourish with new knowledge — each in their own way — I began helping other families. Your children are talented and kind. ADHD simply hides that from both you and them.

A different perspective

ADHD has a powerful side too

What looks like a problem is often a hidden talent. It's about learning to see it.

Distractibility → Curiosity

The Explorer's Mind

Your child notices things others miss. Their brain constantly scans the world for new and fascinating discoveries.

Impulsivity → Creativity

Outside-the-box Thinking

The ability to act spontaneously sparks original ideas. Many entrepreneurs and inventors live with ADHD.

Hyperactivity → Energy

An Inexhaustible Resource

Energy channeled in the right direction becomes a driving force. Michael Phelps and Simone Biles are proof of that.

FAQ

Answering your questions

No. Coaching does not replace medication — it complements it. Decisions about medication should only be made with your prescribing doctor. We work in parallel, reinforcing each other's effects.

Sessions are held weekly in Rehovot, each lasting 50 minutes. The average program is 3–4 months, but every case is individual. During the free consultation, we'll discuss your situation and determine the best plan.

No. I work with the entire family. Sessions are conducted with both the child and parents, because lasting change needs to happen at every level. Parents receive concrete everyday communication tools.

Yes. I help create an action plan with the school, explain the child's unique needs to teachers, and build constructive dialogue. This often becomes a turning point in the learning process.

This is common and solvable. I start by working with the parents, then gently involve the child through play-based activities and topics that interest them. Most children overcome their resistance after the first two sessions.
